I tried to implement UMAP instead of Isomap in HiWA. But the program keeps warning me that there are NAN values when it running. I debugged hiwa and successfully replaced all NAN values of a and b with non-zero values. But no matter what I do, I can't replace the 0 value in the array K. Therefore, the program will still warn 'ArithmeticError: NaN found!'
