it's possible to have a complete solution of contact form with phpmailer (or alternative), bootstrap and mosparo integration?

Sorry, I missed your post here.

With the demo form code I've sent you, you already have 90% of it. The only thing you have to do is add phpmailer (or any other mailer) at the correct location.

The correct location is in the file index.php, lines 32-36. You can replace these lines with the code below:

$verifiedFieldKeys = array_keys($result->getVerifiedFields());
$requiredFieldKeys = ['name', 'email', 'message']; // Specify all the names of the fields that you have in your form and that can contain text

$diff = array_diff($requiredFieldKeys, $verifiedFieldKeys);
if ($result->isSubmittable() && empty($diff)) {
    $mail = new PHPMailer(true);

    // ..... do all the other stuff with the email and submit it

    require_once(__DIR__ . '/pages/success.php'); // Existing code, show the success message after the email was sent
} else {
    require_once(__DIR__ . '/pages/error.php');
}
