Thoughts on having a default narrator for POIs

Instead of having each contributor narrate, it might be better to have a single default narrator, preferably Cortana

It might be interesting to look into adding the TextToSpeechManager from the HoloToolkit to make generating narration easier.

@ChimeraScorn and I think having each contributor's own voice captured with their contribution makes this a more fun community-based project.
