Can't open KaiStore on my KaiOS device

I'm using a KaiOS phone and I can't open the KaiStore app. Every time I try, it doesn't launch (or stays stuck).

I've already tried restarting the phone and checking my connection.

Please help me – I need access to the KaiStore to install apps.
