Subject: [PATCH] docs: add trigger-e2e to architecture tree and
 export-fact-catalog to CLI index

- Add missing `trigger-e2e/` directory to the `scripts/ado-script/src/`
  tree in AGENTS.md; it houses the FACT_META gate-spec table and
  trigger-evaluation E2E scenarios and is already documented in
  `docs/ado-script.md`.
- Update the `docs/cli.md` index entry to also surface
  `export-fact-catalog` alongside `export-gate-schema` as a hidden
  build-time tool (both exist as real commands in `src/main.rs`).
