Example code: error when using recent React and Ink3

Hi,
First thanks for this code example!
I am experiencing issues to make your example running, I get this error message:

  ERROR Element type is invalid: expected a string (for built-in components) or a
       class/function (for composite components) but got: undefined. You likely forgot
        to export your component from the file it's defined in, or you might have
       mixed up default and named imports.

       Check the render method of `Field`.

Would you be able to provide a possible source of the issue?

Same issue here, it appears to be somethig with the ink text input
