Duplicated Text on sending prompt

I'm writting in the prompt input, i just attached one file (copied by the Snipping Tool) and just click the "Send Prompt to Code Agent" and that's what happen, the message is duplicated and it attached like 2-3 files, when i only attached one of them

I will publish new version with tentative fix on Sunday because I am traveling. If you want, you may clone main branch and test locally.
