Portuguese translation

The working group identified Portuguese as an upcoming priority. A partial translation exists.

DAISY Consortium member Fundação Dorina Nowill have identified a suitable expert to take this on with support from the working group.

I have written a short document with a proposal on how we could work with the Portuguese translation. I have attached the file.

@MartheGjelstad this looks great! FYI, I am working on a new MathCAT Translator Guide based on your proposed workflow, the old guide, and the report from the Nordic translation project. Focus on readability (while keeping necessary technical details) and aimed at all potential new translators. I hope to post a draft of it here early next week. If you all like it, I was thinking it could replace the current guide.

Here is my draft of a new MathCAT Translator Guide! Comments and edits are most welcome. These things need adding by someone in the know (i.e. not me):

• How to handle things now that MathCAT is native to NVDA
• The procedure for notifying translators of updates to English

Fantastic work, @TimArborealis!
I had some thoughts, and I added them to the document. I did the following:

• Changed the heading levels to ensure proper heading nesting.
• Added "But, remember to use the audit tool to look for missing rules before you start translating to your own language." in the section "Start from a similar language if possible".
• Added "In each test, replace "en" with "pt"." in the section "Step 4: Add and run tests".
• Added "For ClearSpeak there are many different preferences. These are used in the rules and in the tests. You can read about the preferences here: ClearSpeak Preferences. At the moment, the preferences are not visible for users in the MathCAT settings in NVDA." to the section "Step 5: Learn about speech modes and verbosity settings".
• Added "If you use VS Code, it can be useful to download a YAML extension to help you find YAML errors." in the section "Troubleshooting".
