[Bug]: Changelog stalls and can crash the page

Now that there's been so many releases, the changelog is filling up very fast. There is so much text that it's starting lag. On my high end mac, its not too bad, scrolling is just a little laggy. But on my windows pc, scrolling is VERY laggy. On my lowend chromebook, the page actually can go unresponsive when scrolling, and i have to force quit the tab

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Coolify Dashboard
2. Open the Changelog
3. Profit. (well... lag in this case)
