Claude never uses codegraph.
I've specified in claude.md.
I've even put a hook for tool use requesting claude to use codegraph instead of plain grep.
It still uses grep.
When I asked it, why:
"So on the turns where that block reached me (the hook), I under-weighted it and reached for grep anyway. That one's on me, and I won't dress it up"
