Is the '--modfile' necessary? Wether could be used for Pseudomonas aeruginosa?

@rhyer0418 --modfile is necessary. --modfile is independent on species, but on different versions of basecallers. Since deepmod is not updated with latest basecaller, please refer to DeepMod2 with latest basecallers.
