methylation calling in non-CpG context (CHG and CHH)

I wonder if DeepMod can call methylation in CHG and CHH context too in plant samples? Apologise if it is already there, and I just totally miss it. And if not, is there any plan in the near future to include this?

@yusmiatiliau DeepMod is NOT trained with methylations in CHG and CHH. For the future plan, please post an issue in DeepMod2.

@liuqianhn, thank you very much for your prompt reply. I will post an issue in DeepMod2, and hopefulyl plant methylation model can be included in future development.
