Where is the .exe?

This peace of software is heavily advertised, but looking for an .exe I always and up here. I can download some .app thingie, where is the actual .exe? Do I have to build it myself? Why not explain that?

as stated in the readme of this repo, this is an macOS app, thus the .app file.
This is not an windows app, thus no .exe file.

Well why did I have to ask then? There are commercial sites out there that point to this repo.
