Extend the list of components under the `oss-licenses` page

We need to list Spine Compiler, Validation, ProtoTap, embed-code-go, and other libraries and tools appeared in the SDK since 1.0.x.

We should have two sections:

1. Spine libraries
2. Spine development tools

Each library and tool would come without the "Spine" prefix in the name under both of these categories.
