provide extra credentials for specific platform

I would like to provide credentials for a self hosted gitlab instance.
We can imagine that someone wants to publish in github.com, gitlab.com and other instances (ex: https://gitlab.in2p3.fr/)

We would need a way to tell our bot to use credentials on this instance only
