I was running command to run my streamlit app and out of nowhere this error appeared like and told me to report it and being a good boy I'm reporting

Steps to reproduce

Create a Streamlit project.
Add Multi page to it
Rename your Pages like "{number}{Emoji as icon}{Name of Page}.py
now run the command

Expected behavior

You can now view your Streamlit app in your browser.

@divit-chandel Thank you for the report! This is a known issue about handling surrogate pairs in PSReadLine, a duplicate of #1329.
