[feature] add webshop evaluation script for baseline prompt agent and tree search agent

current progress:

1. added run_webshop_eval_tree_search_new.py to demonstrate how to use SimpleSearchAgent on webshop task, resolved several issues: (1) remove account reset and authentication, (2) added replay, (3) add webshop evaluation to extract the result, TODO: (1) update https://github.com/PathOnAI/LWATS/blob/main/lwats/agents_async/SearchAgents/base_agent.py#L483 to set node.is_terminal as True if the thank you page appears, do we want to use the score here as value? we
2. added https://github.com/PathOnAI/LWATS/blob/main/run_webshop_eval_new.py, which uses Shiying's task goal as system prompt, but the performance is not good since the prompt agent architecture currently doesn't really use system prompt. I think we don't need to invest more time in this direction since what Shiying implemented looks correct to me: https://github.com/PathOnAI/LWATS/blob/main/run_webshop_eval.py. But I suggest we can do some prompt engineering here.
3. was checking if full page is working, looks like som isn't working here, but the axtree looks correct, my conclusion is that this is not an issue, thought?
