[Bug]: Signature request e-mails going to Spam/Junk while notification e-mails are going through just fine #2153

Issue Description

Something's going on with the e-mails sent from self hosted instances.
E-mails sent from the same e-mail address using SMTP.

Signature requests e-mails like:
"John Smith has requested you to sign Contract PDF" go to Spam/Junk.

But other e-mails like "Document Contract PDF has been signed by all parties" go to the Inbox just fine.
Tested with Gmail, Hotmail/Outlook and Yahoo. Same result.

I think it might be related to the e-mail format.
Can you please look into this?

Expected Behavior

Signature requests should not go to spam.

Current Behavior

Only signature requests go to spam.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create self hosted instance
  2. Configure SMTP with your own domain
  3. Make sure SPF, DKIM, DMARC is configured properly and your domain is not blacklisted
  4. Test sending a Signature Request
