Feature proposal - Usb/bluetooth gamepad/radio in sim mode support

Since the OpenIPC protocol includes remote control I was wondering, would it be difficult to add support for a usb (via hub) or even better bluetooth gamepad or a radio in "simulator mode" (like the LiteRadio 2 SIM Controller)?

The remote control is limited to MAVLink currently, but integrating ELRS control should be possible (which needs a lot of work).
