DOCS: properties do not link to their type

We have properties that return class instances where it would be very convenient to link directly to the type returned to see what members are available. Unfortunately our autosummary template doesn't seem to do that, see, for example:

It seems like elsewhere in cuda_core this is just handled by linking to the returned class directly. While it would be great to automate this, I think I'll just follow that pattern for now.
