EPIC: In the NVIDIA org, port uses of pynvml to cuda.core.system

Like this other EPIC for Rapids, this is to port all uses of pynvml in the NVIDIA org to cuda.core.system.

  • Monkeypatches pynvml. Could be an interesting one to migrate, since they seem to be having issues with pynvml.
