What it adds

A new apps/backend/src/modules/correlation/ NestJS module:

• Linking heuristics across Stellar Soroban and EVM chains:
  • address — case-normalised (EVM lowercased, Stellar G… uppercased)
  • temporal — strict 30-minute sliding window
  • amount — relative delta within 2 %
  • asset_bridge — same symbol on different chains
• Risk aggregation per cluster: 0.6·max + 0.4·mean + chain-diversity bonus, capped at 100
• Correlation confidence per cluster: graph density + chain-bonus + time-density, clamped 0–1
• REST endpoints at /api/correlation:
  • POST /events, POST /events/bulk — ingest
  • POST /analyse — full pass → clusters + entity-risk views
  • GET /clusters — top-K risky clusters
  • POST /score — score a candidate batch without storing
  • GET /risk/:entity — per-address / per-asset aggregate risk
  • GET /stats — engine statistics
• 39 Jest tests covering normalisation, every link signal, scoring caps, FIFO eviction at 10 k events, reciprocal links, and missing/NaN amounts.

Why the PR isn't open from this account

+Module: `apps/backend/src/modules/correlation/`

+## Purpose
+
+Attackers routinely move assets across blockchain ecosystems
+(Stellar ↔ Ethereum ↔ Polygon ↔ other EVM). A suspicious transaction on
+chain A alone is rarely the whole story — to surface genuinely risky
+behaviour, Sentinel links events from heterogeneous chains into a single
+risk picture.
+
+The engine exposes:
+
+1. **Cross-chain event linking** — heuristics that decide which events
+   across chains are about the same actor / asset.
+2. **Risk aggregation** — collapses the per-event risk scores in a
+   cluster into a single 0–100 score.
+3. **Correlation scoring** — confidence (0–1) that the events in a
+   cluster are genuinely correlated, not coincidentally clustered.
+
+## Linking Strategies
+

+The engine is intentionally **in-memory** to match the lightweight
+design of the existing `reporting` and `notifications` modules. The
+service exposes only `ingest / analyse / stats` style methods, so a
+database-backed or streaming-backed adapter can be substituted later
