Move .iacconsolerc to Inventory (CMDB)

Maybe it is better to store iacconsole-cli config (.iacconsolerc) in Inventory/ToasterDB.

With IacCOnsole it will be possible to execute tofugu without any file-config which now required to configure Org-level parameters (like paths and backend)
