Add Symfony 6 Support, drop unsupported Symfony, PHP

What are the plans for supporting Symfony 6? Also, what do you think of dropping support for EOL dependencies? That is, dropping support for Symfony 3 (require ^4.4, ^5.4, or ^6.0), and PHP < 7.4
