forked repositories can't be evaluated by HOPE

I forked HackaIran/HackaPanel repository a while ago and today I was trying to evaluate the forked repository which has a URL just like this: EYazdpour/HackaPanel but HOPE respond me with a message: "Error! Repository is not found"
It happened while there is a valid repository with the URL containing my username in Github.com
