In the dashboard settings forms, admins can select all the Repository modules included the deleted.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Add a Repository module on a page
2. Delete it
3. Add a Repository Dashboard module on a page
4. Go to the "Dashboard settings" tab in the module settings
5. Click on the "Select Repository" dropdownlist to view all the Repository modules

Expected behavior

This dropdownlist should not list the deleted Repository modules.
